Job title: Regional Manager- Health Care

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Managing compliance with all federal/ state labor laws, reviewing and maintaining all HR policies and procedures, assisting with implementing health, dental, life/disability, business owners, workers compensation
Independently perform assignments involving specialized, technical health IT information
Demonstrate good rapport and strategic alignment with clients as well as much larger role in administrative functions
Serves as an advisor to management on Health Care credentialing and Authorization protocols
Serve as a liaison for practice therapists and practice managers in assigned region
Focus on the needs and requirements of the clients using service-based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations
Generate and conduct training modules and train staff as assigned
Prepare and implements departmental goals and objectives
Oversee and provide periodic reviews and updates, including recommendations concerning progress towards specific project or health program objectives and milestones
Implement and oversee compliance with all applicable regulatory directives as well as adherence to corporate policies and procedures
Support analysis of departments financial goals and objectives
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master in Physical, Occupational Or Speech Therapy
MBA in Health Care Administration
Candidate is required to clear background check
We serve many Areas in Northern Virginia near Annandale Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Price William County and surrounding areas

Pay rate dependent on education and experience.
